We conduct statutory power-of-sale auctions for banks and lenders enforcing charged land, residential homes, apartments and commercial premises across Nairobi and surrounding counties.

We liquidate office furniture, electronics, household goods, factory machinery and plant for closing businesses, landlords enforcing distress for rent, and lenders recovering chattel-secured equipment.

Visit our office or contact us ahead of the auction date to register, pay the required deposit, and receive a bidder number. Some auctions also accept on-the-day registration, subject to the auction notice.

Recovery begins with a formal instruction from the lender, followed by a statutory demand notice to the debtor. If the debt remains unresolved, we proceed to lawful attachment or repossession of the secured asset.
